A real-life soap opera is playing out on ABC’s lone and iconic soap opera, General Hospital.

Veteran hunk Ingo Rademacher has been ousted from the Emmy-winning sudser, according to sources.

The Australian/German native is best known for playing Jasper ‘Jax’ Jacks since 1996, but recently, the actor has been more notorious for his anti-vaccine stance on social media and off-screen — which happens to be the opposite of what the Disney-owned company is mandating across all its platforms.

However, the latest storm a-brewing around Rademacher came after he took to social media to repost a transphobic tweet, which directly hurt his Canadian co-star, Cassandra James.

At press time, Rademacher apologized in a video saying: “Cassandra, I apologize to you sincerely. I think you’re an absolute talent, and you’re very beautiful as well. I don’t think a transphobic man would say that.  I think you’re absolutely gorgeous, I really do.”

FYI: Rademacher shared a tweet on his Instagram account which referred to Rachel Levine, the U.S. Assistant Secretary for Health as a “dude.”

Levine, a four-star admiral in the United States Public Health Service Commissioned Corps, is transgender.

We apologize, but this video has failed to load.

Emmy winner Nancy Lee Grahn slammed the Australian actor for his post, claiming Rademacher is no longer with the sudsy series.

I am aware of a transphobic post shared by a fellow General Hospital actor,” tweeted James, who plays Dr. Terry Randolph.

“Shame on you. You have some serious unlearning and education to do,” she continued. “I feel deeply disappointed that such a public display of ignorance could come from our GH family.”

She added: “Misgendering trans folks is violence and if you come for one of us, you come for all of us. The cis world doesn’t get to decide which of us is valuable. I am so proud of the fans for always holding us to a high standard, for calling out transphobia and violence.”

Grahn added her two cents — as well as the bombshell that Rademacher is “no longer a part of the #GH cast.”

She tweeted, “Transphobia & misgendering are disgusting & should be unacceptable in any industry, including soaps/acting. I stand with my costar @cassandrajames_ & the trans community.”

It is unclear whether Rademacher is officially off the show, or if his reported departure came in light of his offensive post or stance on vaccines.

Neither Rademacher, the show, or the network has commented but he continues to spread the word on his anti-vax mandate stance, posting on Instagram on Sunday, “I will stand with you to fight for medical freedom.”

News of Rademacher’s anti-mandate stance came in August when co-star Steve Burton tested positive for COVID-19 and claimed he contracted the virus at work.

Multiple sources tell the Toronto Sun that Steve Burton is no longer a part of the show. The reason? You can guess.

“I’m shocked the news about Steve isn’t out yet,” says one insider.

We’re also hearing that fans shouldn’t be surprised if more actors leave the series.
