Is Antonio Brown’s football career salvageable after his on-field outburst during the Buccaneers’ win against the Jets at MetLife stadium on Sunday?

“If Antonio Brown wants a job on another team in the NFL, he can have one. That is not an opinion. That is what I know,” CBS reporter Josina Anderson tweeted Tuesday.

The reporter did not provide further details, including specific teams that could be interested in the former Buccaneers receiver.

On Monday, ESPN reported that the Buccaneers had yet to officially release Brown, and that there are “ongoing discussions” with the NFL about how to move past the situation.

Buccaneers coach Bruce Arians was asked Monday about how the Buccaneers plan to move forward after the incident.

“That’s up to [general manager Jason Licht] and what he wants to do,” Arians said.

The day prior, Arians told reporters that Brown “is no longer a Buc” in a postgame press conference — after the wideout ran shirtless across the field at MetLife Stadium late in the third quarter.

Brown abruptly exited the Week 17 matchup after he ripped off his shoulder pads on the sideline. His teammate and fellow receiver Mike Evans was captured on camera, attempting to talk with Brown, who took off shirtless through the end zone to the locker room. He tossed his shirt and gloves into the crowd before he left the game.

Buccaneers quarterback Tom Brady, along with Arians, have expressed their support and concern for Brown and said they hope he gets the help he needs.

Brown’s public outbursts and legal woes have been highlighted back to his time with the Steelers.

Brown won a championship alongside Brady in February when the Bucs beat the Chiefs in Tampa.
