That Rohit Shetty is a workaholic is known. The man who recently delivered the blockbuster ‘Sooryavanshi‘ has obviously been invited to the Katrina Kaif-Vicky Kaushal wedding, but the latest we hear is that he is not going for it. Reason? He is already in Ooty on the sets of his next directorial ‘Cirkus’ starring Ranveer Singh. The production of the film is being jointly done by Rohit Shetty Picturez, T-Series, and Reliance Entertainment.

Rohit’s team left around November 30 and now he, too, has reached the shoot site. A source says, “It’s about a 10-12 day schedule in Ooty. Rohit had earmarked every single detail to commence in this schedule much before; he is one of those who will never throw things out of gear”.

That Katrina, who worked with Rohit in ‘Sooryavanshi’ starring Akshay Kumar, must be disappointed over Rohit not being able to make it, is obvious. The film which hit theatres on November 5 is now about to touch the Rs 200 crore mark.

Who knows, a lot of guests who were earlier supposed to make it might not be a part of the celebrations in Jaipur due to the fear of the Omicron outbreak.
