Jason Ritter tells nasty internet trolls who’ve been mocking his wife Melanie Lynskey’s weight that they can “swan dive” into the sun.

“If anyone has any further unsolicited comments about *anybody* else’s body, they can feel free to write them in permanent ink onto their own foreheads and swan dive directly into the sun,” Ritter — who’s been married to Lynskey since 2020 — tweeted over the weekend.

His tweet came one day after the “Yellowjackets” star responded to a user body-shaming her online.

“Most egregious are the ‘I care about her health!!’ people,” Lynskey, 44, tweeted. “B**** you don’t see me on my Peloton! You don’t see me running through the park with my child. Skinny does not always equal healthy.”

Lynskey revealed she was body-shamed on the set of the Showtime drama series.

The actress previously revealed she was body-shamed by a member of production on the buzzy new Showtime series.

“They were asking me, ‘What do you plan to do? I’m sure the producers will get you a trainer. They’d love to help you with this,’” Lynskey, who plays Shauna, recalled to Rolling Stone.

Lynskey said her co-stars Tawny Cypress, Christina Ricci and Juliette Lewis stood by her, with Lewis even writing a letter to the show’s producers on her behalf.

“It was really important to me for [Shauna] to not ever comment on my body, to not have me putting a dress on and being like, ‘I wish I looked a bit better,’” she explained.

“I did find it important that this character is just comfortable and sexual and not thinking or talking about it, because I want women to be able to watch it and be like, ‘Wow, she looks like me and nobody’s saying she’s the fat one.’ That representation is important.”

Lynskey and Ritter, 41, have been together since 2013 and share a 3-year-old daughter. She was previously married to Jimmi Simpson.
